Our Three Step Painting Process

Mark came and assessed the situation. He was very professional. I had plaster work, tobacco remediation issues, and peeling ceilings. Mark and crew did a FANTASTIC job. they went above and beyond, replacing or painting switch plates, painting the heating and cooling vents, and paying attention to details. A primer and two coats of paint on each surface, I could not be more pleased. He even had a gap in his schedule and was able to start the following week!

Never finished what was agreed upon by Marc Sr and myself. It will be 3 yrs in April and Marc Jr has ghosted me. They did the work I wasnt happy with the way cabinets came out and they were accommodating at the time said they would try a few different things. When Marc Sr exhausted all that he could do, we verbally agreed with Jr present that they would replace my cabinets doors. Marc Sr said we want to make you happy since you gar invested alot of money to your new kitchen. I appreciated that. Marc Sr has since retired. Marc Jr came last December 2023 to measure cabinets sent me email with door selection and I havent heard from him since. I have called and left messages and emailed with no response. I will add I had my husband call from his cell and Marc Jr answered and was like oh yeah I know there are cabinet doors at shop forgot they were for you. But when I call no one answers. And guess what havent seen or heard from them since. Very very disappointing. Had our entire kitchen redone and my cabinets look awful. I am an easy going person but this is so unprofessional not to return calls or messages.

What a professional job by MJ's Painting! They painted the exterior columns on our front porch. They sanded the door and applied a primer. They washed and painted the porch. This is the best our front porch has looked in a long time.

Marc and his team did an AMAZING job in refinishing very old kitchen cabinets that I have in a finished basement. The cabinets were probably 35 years old. They replaced the bases which were rotted and then completely sanded/stripped down and refinished, as well as replacing the hardware. I would highly recommend Marc and his team as they are responsive, thorough, and their prices are very fair.

Update - deeply disappointed that I asked for a quote for another area of my home and they are no longer responding to me. Even if they didn't want the job, should have the courtesy to say sorry we can't do it. First time I have hired a painter and I can promise, I will never paint a room myself again. Marc Sr. Is great, and Jr came to the rescue to help move some heavy furniture. I will definitely use them again and again.
